What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga therapy is personalized one-to-one yoga sessions that use different yogic tools for psychological or physiological healing. It combines the practice of traditional yoga with western medical and psychological concepts as a means of therapy for an individual to meet their specific health needs. It includes a personalized yoga program and can range from customized fitness and wellbeing to healing chronic conditions and injuries.
In your private sessions, I will assist you in meeting your specific mind-body health needs and wellness goals.
What do the private sessions include?
The First Session is the initial consultation, which is a full evaluation and assessment, and is 90 mins.
After the consultation I will design your Personalized Yoga Program.
The Follow up sessions include reevaluation, assessment, and adjustments to program where necessary, and are 60 mins.
How it Works
1. Choose Contact to submit request to schedule your initial session (consultation/evaluation/assessment) with me which can be either an in-person or a virtual session.
2. I will get back to you within 24 hours to schedule your initial session.
3. I will email you an intake form to be filled out prior to your initial session.
4. We will schedule our sessions.
5. After your initial session, I will design your Personalized Yoga Therapy Program, customized to meet your health needs and wellness goals.
6. In-person and virtual yoga therapy consulations/evaluation/assessment and subsequent sessions are available Tuesday – Thursday, from 9am-1pm Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations less than 48 hours, full fee applies.
